Why Online ?

I offer sessions online because many of the people I work with feel more at ease in their own environment. For some, travelling, new spaces or sensory uncertainty can add pressure they don’t need.

Working online is simple, secure and doesn’t require an account — I just send a link, you click, and we’re connected. If you prefer not to be on camera, we can switch to audio or use the phone instead.

My aim is always the same: to make therapy feel as accessible, calm and comfortable as possible, so you can focus on you, not the technology.

Here's why working online is a valid and effective option for therapy:

Accessibility & Convenience

It allows you to attend sessions from the comfort of your own space — whether that’s at home, work, or anywhere you feel safe and private. This removes barriers like travel, mobility issues, or location limitations.

Security & Confidentiality

Online platforms uses end-to-end encryption, meaning your sessions are private and protected. I also follow best practices to ensure a secure environment (e.g. password-protected meetings and waiting rooms).

Flexibility & Consistency

Online sessions make it easier to maintain regular appointments, even during busy weeks or unexpected disruptions. You can access therapy even if you're unwell, travelling, or unable to meet in person.

Just as Effective as In-Person

Research shows that online counselling is just as effective as face-to-face therapy for many people. It provides the same level of emotional support, connection, and therapeutic outcomes — especially when you have a quiet, private space and a stable internet connection.
