Neurodiversity
Living in a world that often expects everyone to “fit the same mould” can feel exhausting when your brain works differently. Whether you’re autistic, ADHD, dyslexic, or experience another form of neurodivergence, you deserve a space where you can truly be understood and accepted.
I have worked alongside neurodivergent adults and young people for over 11 years, supporting people with a wide range of experiences and needs. Through this work, I’ve come to deeply value the creativity, resilience, and unique perspectives that come with neurodiversity — as well as the challenges, such as managing anxiety, navigating relationships, coping with change, or feeling misunderstood.
You are welcome here exactly as you are.
In therapy, you don’t need to mask or fit into a particular communication style. We can adapt the space to suit your needs — whether that means going more slowly, taking pauses, using visuals, adjusting structure, or simply allowing you to be however you need to be in the moment.
There is no expectation to be different to who you are.
