• If there is a serious risk of harm to you or others

• If you disclose abuse of a child or vulnerable adult

• If required by law or a court order

• If you disclose terrorism or drug trafficking

• During clinical supervision (your identity remains anonymous)

Where possible, any need to break confidentiality will be discussed with you first.

Your personal information (e.g. contact details, brief session notes) is stored securely and kept for 7 years in line with professional guidelines. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data at any time unless legally restricted.
