Do I need a diagnosis to see you?

No — you’re welcome exactly as you are, with or without labels.

What if I’m nervous about starting therapy?

That’s very normal. We can take things slowly and gently.

What happens if I feel overwhelmed in a session?

We’ll pause, breathe, adjust the pace — whatever feels right for you.

Do you work with people who aren’t neurodiverse?

Yes. Many people who come to me simply feel overwhelmed, anxious or emotionally stretched.

Can I stop therapy whenever I want?

Of course. You’re always in control. I simply encourage talking about endings where possible.

How many sessions will I need?

Everyone is different. Some people come for a short period to explore a specific issue, while others prefer longer-term support. We can talk about what feels right for you, and you are always free to review, pause, or end therapy at any time.

Do I have to talk about everything?

No. You only share what feels comfortable. There is no expectation to talk about anything before you’re ready. We can take things gently, and you are always in control of what is discussed.

How/ when do I pay for the sessions ?

Please make your payment at least 24 hours before your session. You can pay by bank transfer, card, or PayPal—whatever’s easiest for you. Details will be passed over after initial meeting.
