Counselling Services and Fees

I offer individual counselling for adults and young people, with sessions available face-to-face in Benfleet and online across the UK.

My approach is warm, collaborative and neurodiversity-affirming. Sessions provide a calm and accepting space to explore what you are experiencing at a pace that feels manageable for you.

Face-to-face counselling

Face-to-face sessions are available in a comfortable and confidential counselling room in Benfleet, Essex.

£55 per 50-minute session

Online counselling

Secure online counselling sessions are available through Google Meet, allowing you to access support from a private and comfortable space.

Telephone appointments may also be available where appropriate.

Young people

Concessionary rate: £45 per session- Per 50 minute session

Face-to-face sessions are available in Benfleet, Essex. Online sessions may also be available where appropriate for the young person.

Free initial consultation

I offer a free 20-minute consultation before counselling begins.

This is an informal opportunity to briefly discuss what has brought you to counselling, ask any questions and see whether working together feels right. There is no pressure or obligation to arrange further sessions.
